Important update concerning ABRSM exams in Guangdong Province

  Dear Music Students, Parents and Teachers,   Due to factors beyond our control and despite our efforts to find a solution, we are unable to provide graded music exams in Guangdong in the upcoming practical session (July/August 2019). We therefore regret that we have to cancel all practical exams in the following cities during July and August 2019:   Guangzhou Zhongshan Dongguan Shenzhen Zhuhai Jiangmen Xiamen   Our colleagues at Xinghai Conservatory of Music will immediately refund all entry fees. Exams booked in all other areas are unaffected and will take place as scheduled this summer.

 

We know that this news will be disappointing for our candidates and their families in Guangdong province - we know how much hard work you have put into preparing for your exam and we are very sorry. Our team in China will continue to work diligently to resolve the issues that have arisen and we will provide further information about entries for exams later this year, as soon as we are able to do so.   Thank you for your patience and understanding during this uncertain period.
